We have moved our email and webhosting to A2 hosting in August 2011. Since then, we have countless number of downtime, unable to connect to server, or if someone sends us an email, it will give them a bounce back that the user name is not valid. And then send another email and it’s valid again. I have also contacted their support department about our Downtime on Sept, 29, 2011, I called in, was on hold for 15 minutes and no one answered, used the chat function, got a one liner saying they are investigating then 15 minutes later, it just gave me a link to send an email. Sent them an email on Sept. 30th 2011, no reply yet and right now it’s 11:06AM PST on Monday Oct. 3, 2011. Support is very bad and unacceptable. I hope this will get them to reply to my email.
I love their support team. Their prices are fantastic, especially with all the hosting goodies they offer!
Setting up my account was really easy. Had no problems so far, though my blog went online in February… Had a few conversations with customer support and they were polite and helpful. Tha cons: I am running WordPress, and sometimes the speed could be better.
